Conveyor Roller details:

1. Carbon Steel Conveyor Roller dia 50mm-219mm,length 190-3400mm, which are used in the steel industry, mining, harbor, coal, power plant, cement etc industry.
2. Tube: Q235
3. Roller shaft:  45# steel or pointed
4. Bearing: single&double row deep groove ball bearing 2 RZ&2Z with C3 clearance.
5. Roller seal: grease retainning inner seal with multi-stage labyrinth and retention cap with outboard rubbing flinger seal.
6. Lubrication: Grease ris lithium soap type grease with rust inhibitors.
7. Roller welding: mixed gas shielded arc welding end 
8. Roller painting: ordinary painting, hot galvanized painting, electric static spraying painting, baked painting.
