The principal points in selecting the heat-resistant belt
1)The surface temperature of the conveyor belt varies in the transportation of materials of different types and sizes. As for the large lumps, there will be gaps between blocks, so the surface temperature of the conveyor belt will be much lower than the material transported(e.g. sintering ore and coke).
2)On the other hand, there is almost no temperatures contrast in the transportation of powder and powdery materials such as cement products, alumina and silica. Therefore, when choosing the types of heat-resistant conveyor belts, we must control the surface temperature of the conveyor belt in addition to the temperature of the materials accurately.  Samples of the surface temperature of the materials are shown as below
