It takes nylon canvas as a framework, has the same structure as common conveyor belts, and features light and thin belt body, high strength, fatigue resistance, impact resistance, good troughability, long service life, etc.
The impact-resistant anti-tearing nylon belt with a transverse enhancement layer not only has the advantages of common structural nylon belts but also has higher impact resistance and more excellent tear resistance.


Varieties:
By purpose, it can be divided into oil-proof, acid and alkali-resistant, cold-resistant, fire-retardant, wear-resistant and other types besides general purposes.
By structure, it also includes impact-resistant anti-tearing nylon belt with a transverse enhancement layer besides common laminated structure.

Use:
It can be widely applied to long-distance heavy-load powerful conveying lines. The core layer is made of nylon 6 or nylon 66 (the core layer made of nylon 66 has better performance at normal temperature).

GB/T7984-2001 Standard of General-purpose Fabric Conveyor Belt with Rubber or Plastic Covering Layer adopts IS0/FDIS14890:1999 Standard of Final Draft International Standard by equivalent.
