Applications:

Features:
1)The weft reinforced anti-tear Conveyor Belt has highly extensible transverse steel cords or polyester cords evenly arranged in the top cover (or both top and bottom cover) of the steel cords or fabric carcass, to reinforce the ability of impact resistant and tear resistant of the belts.
2)The embedded sensor anti-tear conveyor belt has some evenly embedded sensor loops in the belt. If rips in the belt occurs by foreign objects, the belt rip detection system can detect this unusual state and send the unusual signal to the PLC system of the conveyor to immediately stop the conveyor belt, that can reduce the increasing rip of the belt and reduce cost.
