1.Applications:

1)The weft reinforced anti-tear conveyor belt:

It has highly extensible transverse steel cords or polyester cords evenly arranged in the top cover (or both top and bottom cover) of the steel cords or fabric carcass, to reinforce the ability of impact resistant and tear resistant of the belts. 

The anti-tear layer is perpendicular to the running direction of belt, when the belt conveys hard and sharp materials, the anti-tear layer can stop it from being pierced. Even if the belt is pierced, the anti-tear layer can still prevent it from being torn.

2)The embedded sensor anti-tear conveyor belt:

Between the core rubber and the bottom cover of the conveyor belt, It has some evenly embedded sensor loops in the belt.

If rips in the belt occurs, the belt rip detection system can detect this unusual state and send an alarm signal to the PLC system of the conveyor to stop running the conveyor automatically, so that to avoid the rips from further expanding and minimize the loss.
